Email Communications
- Primary communications between
vzblt and the client - All confidential access credentials, contracts, and direct communications should be transmitted by email only
- Primary or follow up documents can be transmitted through email between
vzblt and the client - Clients' requests should be transmitted using email unless it was feedback provided to a specific project, task, or file in the CRM
- Employees' requests should be transmitted using email communications only
- Final approval after CRM-specific approvals should be transmitted using emails with files/links attached
- All emails sent from any
vzblt employee to clients should be also CC'd to michel@vzblt.com and nader@vzblt.com - Private email communications to clients are strictly prohibited
