Staff - Client Communications


For better communications and seamless project workflow between vzblt staff and clients. Please consider the following means of communicating when using email and CRM:

Email Communications

  • Primary communications between vzblt and the client
  • All confidential access credentials, contracts, and direct communications should be transmitted by email only
  • Primary or follow up documents can be transmitted through email between vzblt and the client
  • Clients' requests should be transmitted using email unless it was feedback provided to a specific project, task, or file in the CRM
  • Employees' requests should be transmitted using email communications only
  • Final approval after CRM-specific approvals should be transmitted using emails with files/links attached
  • All emails sent from any vzblt employee to clients should be also CC'd to michel@vzblt.com and nader@vzblt.com
  • Private email communications to clients are strictly prohibited

Tasks Checklists, timesheets, and ongoing discussion Ongoing instant feedback and discussion
Files Upload final files and revisions, including logo and any important assets respective of each project Provide feedback in comments for each file shared and upload any needed documents
Projects Overall task and timesheet management Overall progress of each task respectively and the project status overall
Sales Issue proposals, invoices, contracts and payment receipts Approve/decline any submitted sales related document
